In November 2017 we did the start-up of one FullAuto Filter press for Rio Tinto in Jonquiere, QC.
The filter press was installed to replace a vacuum drum filter in a continuous chemical process. The upgrade led to an increase in the % of solids in the material.
In August 2017 we did the start-up of one mechanized Filter press for Toda Advanced Materials at Sarnia, ON
In April 2017 we did the start-up of two 7 Channels futur 8 Rotary Presses at Becker, MN
“Dave Pesola, City of Becker Water/Wastewater Supervisor has commented “In the short time that the Fournier Rotary Presses have been in operation at our facility, Staff has been very pleased with the quality of bio solids produced, the ease of operation, and how quiet the equipment is. The low water usage compared to the belt presses we were using is also an added benefit. This has reduced the humidity in the press room which was contributing to problems with electrical and HVAC equipment.”
